Welcome to Croatia? Croatia is a beautifull country in South-Eastern Europe. Many Europeans, Americans, and the last three years, many people from Asia and Russia as well, just love to be in Croatia. But why? Why are fourteen million people each year coming to Croatia? Is this little country so unique?
There is something special about this little country and it all has to do with "Atmosphere"; the sense of quietness, of simplicity, of beautyness and of the combination of these three. People from everywhere started to think about "buying something" in Croatia and having something for yourself. Just to be able to keep coming and returning. A country for sale....?? Yes, that's the impression the Croats themselves have: their country is going to be sold "for an apple and an egg" (Dutch saying) and the country they just managed to have for themselves (after the 1991 - 1995 war) they are loosing.
So here we are: in the midst of economical interests and moral issues and we face ourselves with questions about "possibilities" and "hindrances". This website is the place to meet people and to make it possible to discuss these questions. My goal as an Advisor regarding Croatia is a diplomatic one: to make everyone happy or: to help people to invest in Croatia, to start a business and to make personal dreams come through and on the other hand to help Croatia to become the country it is meant to be.
